Try your gear for 30 days. If it doesn't meet your expectations, return it for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

Return Policy

Unused Items

Items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Must be in original packaging
  • All tags and labels attached
  • No signs of installation or use
  • Include all accessories and documentation

Used Items

We understand you need to test gear in the field. Used items can be returned within 14 days if:

  • Item is defective or doesn't perform as described
  • Manufacturing defect discovered during use
  • Item received was incorrect or damaged

Note: Normal wear and tear from testing is acceptable. Excessive damage may affect refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order items (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or digital content

How to Start a Return

    Contact Us

    Email us at returns@blomeoffroad.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return.

    Get Authorization

    We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.

  3. 3

    Pack & Ship

    Pack the item securely in original packaging if possible. Attach the shipping label and drop off at any carrier location.

  4. 4

    Get Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return (5-7 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We make exchanges easy:

  • Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for
  • We'll send you the new item right away (no need to wait for the return)
  • Return the original item using our prepaid label
  • If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Credit Card: 3-5 business days after processing

PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing

Original Shipping: Refunded for defective items only. Not refunded for buyer's remorse returns.

Manufacturer Warranties

Most products come with manufacturer warranties (1-5 years depending on the product). If an item fails due to manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us with photos and description of the issue
  • We'll work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf
  • Warranty repairs or replacements are handled at no cost to you
  • We'll keep you updated throughout the process
