Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 days) and overnight options are available at checkout. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping to select countries is coming soon. Contact us for specific inquiries.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or contact us for assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they're processed for shipping. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Are your products tested in real conditions?

Absolutely. Every product we carry has been field-tested by our team and trusted partners in real off-road conditions. We only sell gear we'd trust on our own rigs.

What's your warranty policy?

Most products come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 1-5 years. We also offer our own 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

Do you offer installation guides?

Yes! Many products include installation instructions. We also have video tutorials and guides on our blog, and our team is available to answer technical questions.

Can I get advice on what gear I need?

Of course! Our team consists of experienced off-roaders. Contact us with details about your vehicle and adventures, and we'll help you choose the right gear.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Used gear can be returned within 14 days if defective. See our Returns page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping label. Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No restocking fees on standard returns. Custom or special-order items may have a 15% restocking fee. Defective items are always free to return.

Can I exchange for a different product?

Yes! We make exchanges easy. Contact us and we'll help you swap for the right gear. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and checkout faster on future purchases.
